Turkey's lira weakens to 19.70 against dollar in early post-election trade

LONDON, May 14 (Reuters) - Turkey's lira weakened to 19.70 against dollar as the country appeared headed for a runoff presidential election, with the parties of both Tayyip Erdogan and opposition rival Kemal Kilicdaroglu claiming the lead.
