Power generation for the first four months of the year was
up 3.4% year-on-year to 2.7 trillion kwh, according to the
National Bureau of Statistics.

BEIJING, May 16 (Reuters) - China's power generation in
April rose 6.1% from the same month a year earlier to 658.4
billion kilowatt hours (kwh), data from the statistics bureau
showed on Tuesday.
