Med crude-Urals diffs stable, Turkey doubles Urals oil imports in early May vs early April

MOSCOW, May 15 (Reuters) - Urals crude differentials were kept stable on Monday in muted trade, while Turkey doubled imports of the grade in the first half of May versus the same period of April.


* Some 193,000 barrels per day (bpd) of the Russian grade were loaded for supplies to Turkey's ports during May 1-15 compared with 96,000 bpd during the same period of April.
* Kazakhstan's state-owned oil transporter KazTransOil extended its contract with Russia's Rosneft to ship 10 million tonnes of Russian oil per year to China until 2034, the company said in a statement on Monday. PLATTS WINDOW
* No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC Blend in the Platts window on Monday, traders said. NEWS
* The price of Russian Urals flagship oil blend, denominated in roubles, fell in early May 14% below the breakeven level assumed for this year's federal budget, Reuters calculations showed, exacerbating already huge shortfall in the state coffers.
* Russia's crude oil export duty is set to increase in June to $16.2 a tonne from $14.4 a tonne in May, the finance ministry said on Monday, following a rise in global oil prices.
