WASHINGTON, Feb 27 (Reuters) - The International Monetary Fund expects the U.S. economy to strengthen this year, with unemployment hovering around 4% and "phenomenal growth of new companies" that will generate new jobs, Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva said in an interview on Fox Business on Friday.
