Bank of Canada announces appointment of two deputy governors

OTTAWA, April 20 (Reuters) - The Bank of Canada on Monday ‌appointed two deputy governors to replace members of its governing ⁠council who have decided to step down.

Marc-André Gosselin, managing director of the BoC's Canadian Economic Analysis Department, ‌will ⁠take up the role on May 25. External deputy ⁠governor Nicolas Vincent will become a ⁠full-time member of the Governing ⁠Council from August 3, it said.
