OTTAWA, April 20 (Reuters) - The Bank of Canada on Monday appointed two deputy governors to replace members of its governing council who have decided to step down.
Marc-André Gosselin, managing director of the BoC's Canadian Economic Analysis Department, will take up the role on May 25. External deputy governor Nicolas Vincent will become a full-time member of the Governing Council from August 3, it said.
