Chile taps new chair for leading copper producer Codelco teaser image

Chile’s government on Thursday tapped Bernardo Fontaine to become chairman at state-run miner Codelco, replacing Maximo Pacheco, the mining ministry said in a statement.

The government also named Luz Granier and Alejandro Canut to replace board members Josefina Montenegro and Alejandra Wood.
