Goldman Sachs to buy ETF provider NEOS in $2.3 billion deal teaser image

Aug 12 (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs (GS.N), ​will acquire exchange-traded ‌funds provider NEOS Investments ​for ​as much as $2.25 billion, ⁠the ​investment bank ​said on Wednesday.

NEOS provides ETFs ​on systematic ​options-based income, managing $30 ‌billion ⁠in assets.

The transaction is expected ​to ​close ⁠in the first ​quarter of ​2027, ⁠Goldman said.
