MUMBAI, Feb 1 (Reuters) - India's Aditya Birla Finance
has accepted bids worth 3.02 billion rupees ($36.80 million) for
reissue of 7.88% February 2026 bonds, three merchant bankers
said on Monday.
The non-banking finance company will offer a yield of 8.02%
for the issue, and had invited bids from bankers and investors
earlier in the day, they said.
The bonds are rated AAA by ICRA. The issue will close for
subscription on Thursday.
In December, Aditya Birla Finance raised 4 billion rupees
through the primary issuance of this paper.
