India New Issue-Meghalaya Energy Corp to issue 10-year bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, March 24 (Reuters) - India's Meghalaya Energy Corp plans to raise 2.41 billion rupees ($29.3 million) through the sale of bonds maturing in 10 years, three merchant bankers said on Friday.


The state-government run company has invited bids from bankers and investors for the issue on March 31, they said. The bonds are rated A-(CE) by Brickwork Ratings and the issue will be settled on April 3.
