DENVER, June 16 (Reuters) - U.S. crude oil inventories fell for a ninth straight week last week, according to market sources citing American Petroleum Institute data released on Tuesday, while gasoline stocks rose.
Crude stocks fell by 8.33 million barrels in the week ended June 12, the sources said on condition of anonymity. Gasoline inventories rose by 2.48 million barrels, while distillate inventories fell by 10,000 barrels compared with a week earlier, the sources said.
