MOSCOW, Feb 2 (Reuters) - Severstal , one of
Russia's largest steelmakers, plans to invest $1.1 billion this
year in major projects in its Russian steel and resource
divisions, the company said on Thursday.
Severstal Chief Executive Alexander Shevelev said 2023 capex
would be comparable to last year's investments.
