BENGALURU, Feb 6 (Reuters) - OPEC Secretary General
Haitham Al Ghais said on Monday the collective decision to cut
output in October was the right move and added the OPEC+
alliance had historically played a constructive role in meeting
additional demand and maintaining a balanced market.
