SAO PAULO, Feb 15 (Reuters) - Brazil's Lower House
Speaker Arthur Lira said on Wednesday he sees no chance of
Congress making any change to the central bank's formal
authonomy amid a feud between the president and central bank
chief over high interest rate levels.
Lira said at an event hosted by BTG Pactual that President
Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, who has been saying that current rate
levels hinder economic growth, and central bank governor Roberto
Campos Neto would "know how to dialogue" on the matter.
