KAMPALA, Feb 28 (Reuters) - The Ugandan shilling was broadly stable on Tuesday, underpinned by some dollar inflows from tea and coffee exporters weighing against a slump in appetite for hard currency, traders said.

At 1027 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,713/3,723, compared with Monday's close of 3,715/3,725.
