MOSCOW, April 14 (Reuters) - Urals crude oil
differentials to dated Brent were stable on Friday, while
Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) resumed oil loadings.
* CPC said on Friday it had resumed oil exports from the
Black Sea
terminal after a 72-hour planned stoppage.
* CPC Blend oil cargoes loading in May were offered in the
market,
traders said.
PLATTS WINDOW
* No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC
Blend in
the Platts window on Friday, traders said.
NEWS
* Oil exports from northern Iraq to the Turkish port of
Ceyhan
remain at a standstill almost three weeks after an arbitration
case ruled Ankara owed Baghdad compensation for unauthorised
exports.
