Albemarle expects net sales to grow about 2.5 times current totals by 2027.

Today the company released its strategic update. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Albemarle (NYSE:ALB) is a global specialty chemicals company focused on lithium, bromine and refining catalysts.

"Transformational growth: expected 2027 net sales ~2.5X 2022 and adj. EBITDA >2X 2022," the company wrote in its presentation.

The company said the improved outlook will be "driven primarily by capital projects execution." The company projected its five-year net sales compound annual growth rate at about 5% and adjusted EBITDA margins 32-36% by 2027.
