Silver Lake Resources said today that it submitted a revised proposal to St Barbara to acquire the Leonora assets in Western Australia.
Silver Lake said that the revised bid covers conditionality, timing, and residual St Barbara liquidity.
Total deal size is A$707 million, comprising A$326 million cash and 327.1 million shares.
Silver Lake has mines in Ontario and Western Australia.
