Amex Exploration announces $26 million investment, Eldorado Gold participates teaser image

Amex Exploration (TSXV: AMX) announced today a non-brokered charity flow-through private placement of 11,344,130 charity flow-through shares (CFT) at a price of C$2.35 per CFT share to raise aggregate gross proceeds of C$26.65 million.

Eldorado Gold participated, making a C$15 million investment which will give the company a 9.9% ownership interest.

Amex Exploration is a junior gold mining exploration company focused on gold projects in Quebec. The company's flagship project is its 100%-owned high-grade Perron gold project located ~110 kilometres north of Rouyn-Noranda. According to Amex, the project is in close proximity to a number of major gold producers’ milling operations.
