The bonds have a put option on May 15, 2026. The notes are rated AAA by CRISIL and India Ratings and the issue will be settled next week. million) through bonds maturing in 10 years, three merchant
bankers said on Friday.
The company will pay a coupon of 7.75% on this bond issue
for which it had invited bids from investors and bankers earlier
in the day.
