CEBU, Philippines, May 15 (Reuters) - The Philippine
central bank chief said on Monday domestic inflation will be
below 4% by the last quarter of this year and well within the
target band by next year.
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Governor Felipe Medalla, in a
press briefing, also said the headline inflation "will start
looking good" by October or November.
