I’m forever grateful — at 26 Lukas gave me the opportunity of a lifetime, to share an office right next to him…and an inside glimpse of how the world works. My mind balks. Adolf passed not so long ago. This is a real shock. Lukas made a lot of money for a lot of people. I remember him most as a generous host. He opened his companies to my due diligence, then let me come to my own conclusions. RIP Lukas Lundin!https://t.co/CwQRwlCXBL pic.twitter.com/yTaIcxsXkG

Lukas Lundin founded Lundin Mining together with his father in the mid-1990s for more than 25 years until he stepped down in May 2022. In his role as chair, Lukas oversaw Lundin Mining's development from an exploration-stage company into a global mid-tier producer with a strong copper focus and a portfolio of world-class assets.
