Ioneer signs offtake with Dragonfly

(Kitco News) - Ioneer (ASX:INR) and Dragonfly Energy Holdings (NASDAQ: DFLI) announced yesterday a commercial offtake agreement partnership.

Ioneer is the 100% owner of the Rhyolite Ridge lithium-boron Project located in Nevada.

Dragonfly Energy Holdings is headquartered in Reno, Nevada, and is a leading supplier of deep-cycle lithium-ion batteries.

The offtake is for lithium carbonate. Contract duration is thee years beginning when Ioneer notifies Dragonfly that the Rhyolite Ridge has been fully completed and commissioned and is capable of producing and delivering product to customers who have annual commitments to purchase in excess of 3,000 tpa.

Volume is a variable amount of surplus tons available after meeting previously announced offtake commitments.
