Summit Minerals (ASXL:SUM) announced today it is acquiring the Castor lithium project in the James Bay region of Quebec.
The company said the project had never previously been explored for lithium. It comprises of 232 mineral claims.
The company raised $1.5 million at an issue prices of 14 cents per share for the acquisition.
